Women in Construction Summit

The Women in Construction Summit invites women in the construction industry to share their experiences at the Construction Equipment Forum.

It is important to us to promote the development of women in the construction industry and to build and strengthen networks and partnerships. Through presentations, a panel discussion and a joint lunch, the participants will inspire, support and network with each other.

  • Networking.

Women empower women - they can learn from each other and be allies and discussion partners. At the event, women from the construction sector network with each other and form exactly that: a strong network.

  • Inspire.

Women work with the role models of their environment every day. We want to talk about how women in the construction sector deal with their challenges and overcome them on a daily basis.

  • Be a role model.

For many women in the construction sector, it is valuable to see what paths other women have taken and to learn what obstacles they had to overcome to get to where they are today.

This is what the 2024 program looked like:

The audience is welcome to ask questions and join in the discussion: What are the attitudes of women and companies towards leadership? How can companies be convinced that women are no less good than men? How do female managers contribute to innovation in the construction industry?
