Conference Bag

Your company logo and advertising will be placed on bags that will be distributed to all participants at check-in.

You produce the bags and deliver them to the site.

Lanyard and name badge

Your company logo will be placed on the lanyards and name badges that are handed out to all participants.

We take care of everything.

Check-In Give-Away

Your give-away (e.g. branded power bank), which will be distributed to all participants at check-in.

You produce the giveaways and deliver them to the site.

Notepad and pen

Your company logo will be printed on all pens and pads available at our check-in desk.

We take care of the printing of the pads. You provide the pens and deliver them to the site.

Breaks

There are table displays with your company logo on all tables in the exhibition during the coffee or lunch break.

Candy Bar

You present yourself with a branded candy bar including bags with your logo.

We take care of everything.

Table displays and roll-ups with your company logo are placed at a cocktail bar, as are coasters.

We take care of everything. You supply the roll-ups.

Ice Cream Bar

You present yourself with a branded ice cream bar and the ice cream is served in cups with your logo.

We take care of everything.

Dinner

Table displays with your company logo are placed on all tables during dinner and further advertising services are available on request.

We take care of everything.

Seat Advert

Your documents will be displayed in the conference room on the participants' seats.

You supply the materials. We take care of the distribution. You produce the give-aways and deliver them to the location.

ARE YOU INTERESTED?
